Hong Kong, June 25 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale jolted northern Mid-Atlantic Ridge at June 24, 2013 22:04:13 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

　　The epicenter, with a depth of 10.00 km, was initially determined to be at 10.7265 degrees north latitude and 42.6163 degrees west longitude.
