A former college professor named one of the FBI’s ten most wanted fugitives will appear in a California federal court room on Thursday, to face child sex charges after being caught in Mexico. 64-year-old Walter Lee Williams was arrested Tuesday in a resort town of Playa del Carmen in the state of Quintana Roo.
