　　Introduce the topic ：

　　第一，二句话陈述事实，澳大利亚体育近年来取得的非凡成绩。

　　设问句： How do they do it?

　　引导出 Main Idea ： A big part of secret is an extensive and expensive network of sporting academies underpinned by science and medicine.

　　尾句重申主要观点（ Restatement of main ideas ） : 从三方面讲了体育科研所对运动员的帮助。

　　B 段 Sub-topic: athletic experts and their work

　　开始介绍体育科研所，凡是介绍类文章皆有其逻辑顺序（空间，时间，发展，繁简等等）。从 B 段第一，二句看知，后面各段落是从笼统（简）到具体（繁）的顺序介绍的。

　　承：承接上段讲的体育运动机构，连系下段的测量工作

　　B 段介绍了研究所的人员构成以及职责,看前三句。

　　转：转入正题，最重要的部分。

　　C 段subtopic: measurement

　　就具体了，讲了研究人员的工作方法 ( 运动表现的分析 )

　　首句： A lot of their work comes down to measurementeverything from the exact angle of a swimmer’s dive ( 分析游泳运动员的入水角度 )to the second-by-second power output of a cyclist （自行车运动员每一秒的力量输出）

　　后面是细节，可省去不看。

　　D段subtopic: data

　　更精一步 , 做完测量，该讲测出的数据了。

　　第一二句： ( 尤其第二句，注意指示词 )He points out the data on the…which shows that the one

　　合：收拢文章，主题又高屋建瓴起来了。

　　E 段subtopic: data application to improving the performance

　　文章要收网了，所以讲了运用数据的意义。

　　首句： Using data is a complex business （说明数据复杂性）

　　尾句： Techniques like these have transformed Australia into arguably the world’s most successful nation. （带来的意义）

　　F 段subtopic: copying

　　澳大利亚的体育成功讲完了，扯一点闲话，讲其他国家的事情，可以不看

　　首句： Of course, there’s nothing to stop another countries coping( 其他国家抄袭其模式 )

　　Q1-7段落细节题

　　作题步骤：大致定位方向，段内确认细节。

　　1. 笼统的介绍，在第A，B段找

　　2. Visual imaging employed in investigations讲调查运用的方法，谈步骤必为C段
