Coming back over to the U.S. now. 35 teachers and school administrators have been charged with crimes connected massive school cheating scandal here at Atlanta Georgia. The teachers and administrators are accused of cheating on scandalize its tests. They allegedly give the students the right answers or even change answers on the student exams. The investigation started because some of test results were suspicious.Based on statics, the school scores improve too much. Now, why would teacher and school officials want to cheat? Well, possibility is money. Better test scores could equal better performance reviews and bonus for some officials. And teachers claimed that they were threatened if they didn't cheat. 

 

Testing and results and targets being reached became more important that actual learning on the part of children.

 

Some students actually help to expose the all egedc heating. One told investigators that when she was in the fifth grade, her teacher offered her the answer for standardize test. The student said she tried to say no, but she wanted to take the test on her own. Her mother and the state investigators say the students are the victims of the scandal. 

 

I have a fifth old now who is behind in achieving hard goal on becoming what she wants to be when she graduates. 

 

The district's former superintendent was one of 35 people charged last Friday. She denies any involvement in cheating and new superintendent says 95% of the district’s employees were involved in the scandal.
