Roads have been reopened around Port Botany in Sydney after a fuel spill at an oil terminal. About 130,000 litres' of unleaded fuel has spilled from a storage tank at Caltex terminal in Banksmeadow near PortBotany. The fuel has now been contained.

And Pope Francishas strengthened the Vatican's law against child abuse. The changes will broad the definition of crimes against minors, including child prostitution, sexual acts with children and child pornography. The reforms apply to those working in the Vatican, evenif the offenses were committed outside its borders. They'll come to force in September.
