Leaders of Japan and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations are gathering for a summit in Tokyo. Japan's Kyodo News says Japan hopes to rally ASEAN support to rein in China's strong stance on the airspace.

Q1: First, can you tell us the real purpose the Japanese government is having such a summit with ASEAN countries?

Q2: Japan has decided to announce a new secrecy law on Friday, the same day of the 76th anniversary of the Nanjing massacre. Along with the new National Defense Program Outline, what challenges will that pose to China? Can you tell us more on that?
