China urged Japan on Tuesday to reflect on its unbridled militaristic past, and respect the concerns of other countries in the region. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying made the comments in answer to a question about the Japanese cabinet’s approval of a sereies of new defense measures.
