A trough over Queensland is triggering showers and storms in the northeast. An area low pressure over Northern WA is generating showers and storms with another trough in the south bringing showers to WA and eastern South Australia. Looking around the country, showers and storms will contract from centre areas of Queensland to the east tropics. Fine and partly cloudy elsewhere. Fine in New South Wales. Winds along the coast in the afternoon. Quite warm in Victoria today, possible showers in the west with isolated showers developing in the southwest late tonight. Fine in Tasmania, apart from isolated morning drizzle in the west and south. Scattered showers will develop in the west and Far South late this evening. Possible isolated showers about the southeast and southern coastal areas of South Australia. A warm day ahead of a cool southerly wind to chance near the coast in the morning and reaching the passport by evening. Areas of morning drizzle in southern WA with isolated showers and storms in norhtern and central parks. Isolated showers and gusty storms over the northern and western top end. Sunny and warm in the south.
