　　经验不足令人困扰，但是能力或经验超过应聘职位的要求时，对雇主而言也是危险信号。因为这类人必须付高薪，而且其对工作内容不满意时，还可能随时离职。所以简历中的职称或职务应平实地填写，不要给对方overqualified的印象。如果面试中被问及这样的问题，则应该强调:因为自己经验丰富，所以能够立刻对公司有所贡献。
