In recent months, thousands of unaccompanied children have crossed into the  U.S. from Mexico,  fleeing poverty and violence in near southern door. White House press judge says is likely that most of them will be sent home. Based on what we know about these cases, it is unlikely that most of these kids were qualified for humanitarian relieve. And what that means is that they would not have legal bases for meaningless country and it would be returned. Tomorrow, the White House is expected to ask Congress for 2 billion dollars to address the crisis. A federal appeals court is blocking Arizona governor Jane attempt to keep young immigrants with work permits from getting driver's licenses. NPR Sam Sander reports says the ruling affects immigrants who have avoided deportation under the deferred action for child's arrival program. In 2012, bureau direct state agency took the nine driver's licenses and other public benefits to young immigrants benefiting from deferred action. Attorney for the governor say the measure was meant to keep licenses from being use to improperly access public benefits. A lot of  policy undermine the immigrants legal protection, is trumped  by federal law. The ninth U.S. third court appeals rule against rule policy, and the statement governor Bruner said Arizona will continue to court fight for the rule of law. Sam Sander for NPR news. 

    A federal judging Philadelphia today granted preliminary approval to a plan that compensate and  players for prompt related to concussions.  Attorney says the settlement will cover all return players, even though without symptoms yet.     Political leaders in Iran are deadlocked in forming a new government. Today the Iraqi parliament postpone its session until mid August. The legislators met last week for the first session since the election in April. The members were unable to agree a new prime minister, president and speaker of the parliament.
