The human rights group and activities say that some civilians were killed in Wednesday's airstrike, who were possibly the wife and children of militants. 

 
2. Attorney general Eric Holder is resigning. He was the public face of Obama administration's legal fight against terrorism and served for 6 years. Holder was the nation's first black attorney general. 
 
3. The 3rd American aid worker who contracted Ebola in West Africa was released Thursday from a Nebraska  hospital. Dr. Rick Sacra says he is still very weak but he never felt like he couldn't make it. 
 
4. A harpist in Minnesota has a loyal following fans, who appreciates her music. And it's not you might think. Every month, Terri Tacheny plays for gorillas,  orangutans and monkeys  at Como Zoo zoo.
