It will involve in hand training, oversight and accountability to Federal law enforcement really all across the country. Uh, and you know, when you look at the four questions which we are profiling, as I said, as I said and I guess things that we have released, it can be misguided, it can be, I think, ineffective, um, given the limited resources that we have, given the opponents that we face both here and certainly overseas, we can't afford to profile, to, to do law enforcement on the bases of stereotype; it undermines the public trust ultimately, but also makes us not good at what we need to do. Now DHS(Department of Homeland Securit) and its components have other concerns and they will work through the issues that they have much responsibilities for the Justice Department component and those law enforcement agencies that work with us on task force.
