 1. The University of Oklahoma says there’s zero tolerance for racist behaviors after a video released showed members of an Oklahoma fraternity participating in a racist chant. Sigma Alpha Epsilon said it was closing the local chapter. University president David Boren ordered all the members of the fraternity out of the house by Tuesday night. 

 
2. A passenger train hit a tractor trailer that stalled on railroad tracks in North Carolina. The engine was forced onto its side injuring several people. The Amtrak train was headed north to NY city at the time. 
 
3. Iraqi armed troops gathered around the town of Garma on Monday to recapture the city of Fallujah. IS militants who currently controlled about a third of Iraq and Syria took control of the city last January. 
 
4. And a dog was reunited with his owner after Wellesley police and firefighters saved him from the icy Charles River. Cooper, a goldendoodle was stranded on ice when he was unable to swim ashore. The pooch got a helping hand from rescue crews and warmed up in a fire engine while heading home.
