　　对于“先战”的结果的判断，是胜是负还是其它什么结果，自然是“预知胜利”时所应考虑的内容。很明显，“后求胜”应与“自己不可胜”有关，就是说“后求胜”是“然后谋求制造胜利的态势”的意思。“后求胜”的“胜”字与“胜兵先胜”里的“先胜”之“胜”字含义应完全相同。接下去的“修道而保法”，“修道”至少包含了“立于不败之地”、“胜兵先胜”、“而后求胜”三项内容；而“保法”则至少包含“而不失敌之败”、“而后求战”、“败兵先战”三项内容。
