　　There are probably going to be times when you go ahead and buy some junk food simply because you want it.

　　有时候你买垃圾食物只是因为你想吃。

　　When you do,put an equal amount of money into a jar or a piggy bank.

　　当你买完垃圾食物后，就把同额的钱存在罐子或扑满里。

　　Once a month,count it.Adds up,doesn't it?

　　每个月把钱倒出来数一次。积少成多了，不是吗？

　　Think about what you could have bought for yourself besides food.

　　想想看这笔钱如果不用来买垃圾食物，能买多少其他有用的东西。

　　But instead of buying whatever it is,contribute this sum to an organization that helps feed people who don't have enough food.

　　但是什么都别买，把这笔钱捐到爱心机构去帮助那些吃不饱的人吧。
