Both President Obama and Secretary Kerry are said to address the conference Monday. 3. Police in Thailand are seeking a pair of new suspects in the bombing of a religious shrine two weeks ago. One is Thai woman, the other is a man whose nationality remains unknown. 4. And pitcher Jake Arrieta of the Chicago Cubs dubbed his first career no-hitter, beating Los Angles Dodgers 2:0 Sunday. It's the second time a no-hitter has been thrown against the Dodgers in 10 days.
