Three months before Waterloo, Napoleon had escaped from exile. He'd been held on the island of Elba, after its 20 years' quest in France that kept dogging Europe. Now, he plans with ** Brussels in Belgium, where Wellington was assembling an army with this Prussian ally, General Prussian, the *game played out a few miles to the south of Brussels near the village of Waterloo.
