Two Americans were among the dead, six people were wounded. 2. The University of Missouri football team is set to resume practice on Tuesday. About 30 team members had joined protest calling for university president Tim Wolfe to step down over racial tensions on campus. Wolfe resigned on Monday. 3. A campus police officer shot and killed a suspect in Spartanburg, South Carolina on Monday night. The Spartanburg Methodist College campus went into lockdown. A second suspect was caught. 4. And an 800-pound alligator who was found in a shopping center near Houston has been released in a gator reserve. Some people discovered the gator in Sugar Land when they arrived for work on Saturday.
