I have a friend who has a large police dog called Jack. Police dogs are oftenvery intelligent. Every Sunday afternoon my friend takes Jack for a long walkin the park. Jack likes these long walks in the park very much.
One Sunday afternoon a young man came to visit my friend. He stayed a longtime. He talked and talked. Soon it was time for my friend to take Jack forhis walk. But the visitor still stayed. Jack became very worried about hiswalk in the park. He walked around the room several times and then sat downdirectly in front of the visitor and looked at him.
But the visitor paid no attention. He continued talking. Finally Jack couldstand it no longer. He went out of the room and came back a few minutes later.
He sat down again in front of the visitor but this time he held the visitor'shat in his mouth.

但是客人没有注意到。他继续喋喋不休地说个不停。最后，杰克再也无法忍受了。它跑出房间，几分钟后又跑了回来。它又在客人面前坐了下来，不过这次它嘴里叼着客人的帽子。 |
