In South Africa, a group of underprivileged girls have been discovering the joys of Chinese culture.  Mandarin, computer skills, and even dragon dancing are on the curriculum.

It's all about the rhythm. These girls are part of the Nan Hua Performing Arts Group. And they're learning to embrace Chinese culture. The girls are from a local township. Their families can't afford to send them to university. So the Nan Hua Academy stepped in to help.

The Academy is also a place that keeps the girls safe from many social issues.

But training is hard, so discipline is key. Still, the girls know they can do it.
