In the NBA, Oklahoma City fancies themselves as title contenders -- but the Thunder have had a bad habit lately of giving up leads in the fourth quarter.

OKC has lost ten games this season when they held an advantage after three periods. So, Russell Westbrook and company figured they should build a big enough lead against Portland to ensure that doesn't happen again.

Rip City looks to make a statment, and grabs the early lead thanks to Damian Lillard. This would be a first-round match-up if the playoffs started today.
