Her marriage to president Ronald Reagan lasted 52 years, until his death in 2004. 2. Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is retiring after 18 seasons with the NFL. The 39-year-old confirmed the news on Sunday, just one-month after Denver's victory over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50.
3. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced on Sunday that he is supporting governor John Kasich in the 2016 presidential race. The former California governor called Kasich an action hero, and says he "kicked some serious butt during his 18 years in Washington".
4. Dog mushers made their way to Willow, Alaska on Sunday for the competitive start at the Iditarod trail sled dog race. Thousands fans and participants lined the streets of Anchorage Saturday for the ceremonial opening. |
