1. Iceland embattled prime minister's resigned amid growing fallout of the so-called "Panama Papers". It shows the leaks of documents revealed his offshore holding,that's causing him to step down. Officials of another country are also facing questions about possible use of the offshore team. 

2. Voters headed to the polls in Wisconsin, a pivotal state to republican Ted Cruz and democrat Bernie Sanders, who hope to * their party's front runner. State election officials expect 1.7 million voters to turn out for the presidential primary. 

3. A republican Alabama lawmaker said he is filing an impeachment resolution against GOP governor Robert Badly in the wake of of a scandal, involving one of the governor's top aids. Badly last month admitted making inappropriate remarks to his former senior political adviser, but denied accusation of an affair. 

4. Lili, a polar bear cub in a Germany zoo made her public debut Tuesday. The 4-month old baby bear weighs about 44 pounds, already feeding on ground meat.
