China is turning grey fast. It is forecasted that the country's population of senior citizens will surpass 68 million by 2030, which needless to say poses great strain on the already scarce medical resources. As a way to tackle the issue, the Beijing Municipal government has piloted a program which promotes home-based medical service for elderly patients who don't need emergency care.
