分析人士称，过去的一周里，北京等20个国内城市已陆续出台降温措施控制房价，更多的城市也将推出类似措施。

　　Nanjing in Jiangsu, Xiamen in Fujian and Wuhan in Hubei, have all implemented cooling measures after average housing prices rose more than 20% in September year-on-year, according to the China Index Academy.

　　Analysts predict more lower-tier cities such as Shijiazhuang and Qingdao will introduce tightening policies.

　　"More lower-tier cities may join the move against speculative home purchase soon, particularly those that have low inventory for the next six months and fast price growth in the past six months," said a research note by CITIC Securities.

　　中信证券的一份研究报告称，很快更多二三线城市可能加入到抑制投机购房的行动中去，尤其是那些在未来半年库存较低且在过去半年中价格增长快的城市。
