It's the morning of September 11th 1973. The Chilean military is on the march, determined to overthrow Allende's socialist government. In the suburb of Santiago, Victor Jara, the hugely popular folk singer, theatre director, and supporter of Allende, is at home, listening to the radio with horror as the coup unfolds.
