This is AP news minute. 1. Donald Trump shook up his transition team on Friday, elevating vice president-elect Mike Pence to head the operations. The shift amounted to demotion for New Jersey governor Chris Christie who has been running Trump's transition planning for several months. 2. President Obama marked his final veteran's day at office by laying a wreath to tomb of unknown at Arlington national cemetery. He used his speech to urge Americans to forge unity after the bitter 2016 campaign. 3. Delegates of the ongoing United Nations Climate talks in Marrakech say the selection of Donald Trump could jeopardize a $100 billion plan launched 7 years ago to help poor countries cope with climate change. Only $500 million has been disbursed so far. 4. A 6-year old 1000 pound polar bear named Siku has found a new home at the Lincoln Park zoo in Chicago. The bear recently arrived from Louisville, Kentucky as a part of the Arctic Tundra exhibit which will teach visitors about climate changes having on polar bears.
