This is AP news minute. 

1.  Senate democrats talked late into the night as they tried to slow down republican plans to get rid of president Obama's health-care reform. Some republicans are getting uncomfortable with scrapping the affordable care act, until a replacement plan is ready. 

2. Reno, Nevada's  downtown bridge is reopened on Monday as floodings from the Truckee river subsided. However, the national weather service says several more feet of snow could get this area this week. 

3. Jury deliberations began on Tuesday in the penalty faced of Dylann Roof's trial. He is to get the death penalty or life in prison for killing 9 people in a Charleston, South Carolina church. 

4. And Clemson is the new champion of college football. Clemson beat Alabama 35-31 in tampa. The lead changes 3 times in the fourth quarter. Clemson scored the final touchdown with just a second to go.
