　　S: Good afternoon, ma'am. Can I help you find an hing?

　　店员：午安，小姐。要我帮你找东西吗？

　　C: No, thanks. I'm just looking.

　　顾客：不用，谢谢，我只是看看而已。

　　S: We have a special on these skirts this week. Would you like to try one on?

　　店员：这个礼拜这些裙子是特价品，请问你要试穿一件看看吗？

　　C: No, thank you. I don't need any skirts.

　　顾客：不要，谢谢。我不需要任何裙子。

　　S: How about a blouse? This one here is the latest fashion.

　　店员：女用衬衫怎么样？这边这一件是最新款的。

　　C: No, thank you.

　　顾客：不要，谢谢。

　　S: Why not try on this lovely pair of shorts? I'm sure they'd look fabulous on you.

　　店员：何不试穿这件可爱的短裤呢？你穿起来一定非常好看哦。

　　C: No doubt. Look, I'm just browsing. If I need your help, I'll let you know.

　　顾客：那当然。是这样啦，我只随便看看而已。如果我需要你帮忙，我会让你知道。

　　例：You should spend less time worrying about what's in fashion and more time deciding what you yourself like.

　　（你应少花时间担心流行什么，而应多花点时间决定你自己喜欢什么。）

　　10．shorts n．短裤（因裤管有两个，恒用复数）

　　11．be sure + (that) 从句 确信/定……

　　例：I'm sure you will enjoy your vacation.

　　12．fabulous a. 非常好的，极好的

　　例：The boss just bought a fabulous new house.

　　（老板刚买了一栋极好的新房子。）

　　13．no doubt 必定

　　例：A: Our team will win the championship.

　　（乙：那当然。）

　　14．browse vi. 浏览，随便看看

　　例：We spent a few hours browsing in the bookstore yesterday.

　　（我们昨天花了几个小时在那书店浏览书。）

　　15. let + sb + V 让某人……

　　let（让），make（使），bid（叫），have（叫）等使役动词之后，须以不带to 的不定式(V)作宾语补足语。

　　例：A good manager lets his workers do their job without interfering more than necessary.

　　（优秀的经理会让员工做份内的工作而不会给予不必要的干扰。）

　　例：Take a look at this cool statue.
