1.  Vice president Mike Pence spoke with U.S troops in Seoul while visiting South Korea on Sunday. Pence told troops that North Korea's provocation underscore the risks, faced by both American and South Korea service members. 

2. Turkey participated in a historic referendum on Sunday on whether to expand president Erdogan's powers. If successful, the 18 constitutional changes will replace Turkey's parliamentary system, with the presidential one, abolishing the office of the prime minister. 

3. Afghan president Ashraf Ghani on Sunday met with U.S national security advisor lieutenant general H.R.McMaster. Both sides discussed bilateral relations between the two countries in the areas of security, counter-extremism, regional issues and the economy. 

4. And from Pope Francis's Sunday Mass in Vatican city to firecrackers lighting up to the sky of Mexico city. Faithfuls marked the Easter holiday around the world. This year Easter is celebrated on the same day by both Catholic and eastern Orthodox worshipers, and also coincides with the Jewish holiday Passover.
