1. President Donald Trump welcomed the prime minister of Vietnam to the White House Wednesday afternoon. Talks between the two leaders come amid expectations that the president will withdraw the United States from the Paris climate agreement, leaving the deal fulfill the central campaign promise.

2. NASA announces plans aims at the spacecraft straight to sun next year. The red hot mission will fly to within 4 million miles on the sun's surface to study the sun's outer gas and solar winds.

3. In Kabul, no group is claiming responsibility for a morning suicide blast that killed at least 90 and wounded another 400. Muslim leaders in Afghanistan condemned the bombing, saying such attacks in the Holy month of Ramadan are completely against humanity.

4. And in the Czech Republic, one of the final heavens for Tobacco smokers were snuff out today. The nationwide ban on Tobacco smoking in bars, restaurant, café and other public places went into effect. Anyone who lights up in the public area faces 200 dollars fine.
