Details remain unclear in what led to a Minnesota police officer fatally shooting an Australian woman over the weekend. Minneapolis authorities will only say that the officers were responding to a 911 call about a possible assault when the woman was shot.

Authorities say a 27-year-old man is still missing after flash flood in central Arizona that killed other 9 people. The rushing water came Saturday as people were cooling off in a creek in the Tonto National Forest.

A Jordanian soldier was convicted and sentenced to life in prison with hard labor for the shooting deaths of three US military trainers. The three US Army Green Berets were killed on November 4th, as their convoy waited at the gate to a Jordanian air base.

And a lucky couple is getting a honeymoon in Hawaii after getting engaged at the Garth Brooks concert over the weekend in Oklahoma City. The country singer got wind of commotion. He told them if they'd decided to go to Hawaii, he and his wife Trisha Yearwood would pay for it.
