Well over 200 people are known dead after Tuesday's massive magnitude-7.1 earthquake struck central Mexico. Rescue crews are searching through the rubble of numerous collapsed buildings, looking for victims and survivors.

Hurricane Maria is expected to hit Puerto Rico on Wednesday morning. Maria weakened to a still powerful category-4 storm Wednesday morning with 155-mile-an-hour maximum sustained wind.

Oklahoma city police say an officer shot and killed a man who was holding a stick on Tuesday night. Police say officers confronted the man while searching for a hit-and-run suspect.

And Iran calls President Trump's address to the United Nations General Assembly mean and pointless. The president called Iran a reckless regime and threatened to totally destroy North Korea if the US is forced to defend itself.
