2. culture shock,文化冲击，文化震惊 (指处于异族文化生活环境中经受的一种困惑不安的感觉, 也译作 cultural shock)。
eg:For those who remained in the name of a paycheck, the culture shock was profound.
而对于那些因为讨一份薪水而留任的人，这时的文化冲击是相当大的。
3. adaptive,适合的;适应的。 adaptive problems在段中表示适应方面的问题。
eg:Similar to adaptive planning, you need to adapt your process
