1. progress,可做名词和动词，都表示前进或进步。
eg:The boy has progressed in his studies.
这男孩学习方面有进步。
2. integrate,使结合；使某东西和另外一样东西结合就是integrate...with...。
eg:I integrated your suggestion with my plan.
我把你的建议采纳到我的计划中来。
3. balance，表示平衡，也有协调的意思。 find the balance between... and ...在...和...之间取得平衡或使...和...之间得到协调。
在段的后面还有一个balance，这balance被用作一个动词，表示使平衡。
eg:I balanced on the ledge.
