Maybe they can sell cookies. 也许他们可以卖饼干，

Or they can have a yard sale. 或者举行庭院拍卖。

Jim thinks of a good idea. 吉姆想到了一个好点子，

Rob's church can have a car wash! 罗柏的教会可以举办一场洗车活动！

But they might get really wet. 可是他们可能会弄得全身湿淋淋的，

That's OK. They can have it in the church's parking lot. 没关系， 他们可以在教会的停车场举办这场活动。

We're raising money. 我们要募款。

Why are you raising money? 你们为什么要募款？

Our church's kitchen is old. 我们教会的厨房太老旧了，

You need a lot of money for that. 盖新厨房要很多钱呢。

But we did that last week. 可是我们上礼拜已经做过了。

What about a yard sale? 举行庭院拍卖呢？

We did that last month. 上个月举行过了。
