Hillary Clinton’s doctor said the Democratic presidential nominee was “healthy and fit to serve”, and that the 68-year-old was recovering from the bout of non-contagious bacterial pneumonia which sparked alarm at the weekend. Donald Trump released a doctor’s letter summarizing his latest physical examination. It says he takes a cholesterol-reducing drug and is overweight, but in “excellent physical health”.
