Powerful Cyclone Hits Eastern India

A powerful cyclone has hit eastern India, downing trees and power lines and causing widespread damage in coastal areas.

Officials said Cyclone Fani had winds up to 200 kilometers an hour when it struck the seaside state of Odisha Friday morning.
