Benefits that you get from playing sports is also an emotional component too, I mean sports is the greatest metaphor we have for life.

Teaching you things like how to deal with anxiety, how to deal with, Communicating with each other, Leadership, Perform under pressure, All those are very valuable lesson.

Well something I really became passionate about because of their mission.

How do you make the game more engaging, how do you enable kids to play.

如何让运动更加吸引人，怎么让孩子们参与进来。

Living in an environment, now where everything is extremely structured for children, and sports used to be something The kids go out and do for fun.

现在我们所处的环境中孩子们得到的所有东西都是井然有序、结构严密，而运动曾经是让孩子们走出房间找寻快乐的东西。

But now it's become so regimented where parents are starting to, kind of inject their own experiences or past failures if you will onto their children, and it takes the fun out of it.

但现在它被严格把控、设计，父母们开始就像是灌输他们自己的经历、失败吧，可以说是强加到孩子身上，这就让运动失去了本身的乐趣。

and you talk about Parents and what they do and you're right, they're highly influential in what children do, and what they want the sports they don't play.

Talk about your involvement as a parent, we all know we see that you're very visible, with your daughters and playing basketball, what type of lessons do you pass on.

The other thing is the game is fun, So how do you pique their curiosity, how do you get them interested in the sport, How do you teach them the game.

另外就是运动的乐趣，你怎么激发他们的好奇心，怎么让他们对这项运动真正感兴趣，怎么教授他们正确的打球方式。

Versus Barking out instructions, you know get them to think when they can think and problem-solve on their own.

而非吼两句命令，要让他们自己去想，培养他们独立思考、解决问题的能力。

The game becomes something that they own, There's something that becomes more enjoyable to them, Versus, Having another parent on a SALAN this is barking out orders.

这样这个运动才是真正属于他们的东西成为他们真正享受的东西，而不是当那种开着豪车过来随便喊两嗓子的家长。
