B: I see a problem.

A: What’s the problem?

B: I noticed that the faucet in the kitchen is leaking.

A: That’s no big deal.

B: It’s going to be a problem when my water bill comes.

A: What do you want me to do about it?

B: I would like you to fix the problem.

A: I won’t be able to do that right now.

B: Well, I won’t be able to rent the apartment until the problem is fixed.

A: Fine, I’ll have it fixed for you.

B: I’m happy that we’ve come to an agreement.
