India battles record surge of COVID-19 infections

India has reported a world record of more than 300-thousand cases of COVID-19 for six days in a row. The World Health Organization says the COVID-19 virus variant from India has been found in at least 17 countries. China says the country is willing to help India fight against the new wave of COVID-19.
