A: I misplaced it somewhere.

B: Unfortunately, I cannot give you a refund without it.

A: But I bought it right here just yesterday.

B: I'm sorry, but there are no exceptions.

A: Someone must be able to help me.

有人一定能帮我。

B: Someone in customer service might be able to help you.

顾客服务中心有人也许能帮你。

A: Yes. If anyone can help me, it's customer service.

B: Just take the escalator upstairs.
