第一句：The TV is out of order.

电视机出故障了。

A: Did you call for help?

是你打电话求助吗？

B: Yes, the TV is out of order in my room.

我们会马上派人去检修的。

第二句：There seems to be something wrong with the toilet.

我房间的抽水马桶好像出了点毛病。

A: What's the trouble?

出什么问题了？

我房间里的抽水马桶好像出了点毛病。

A: We'll send someone to repair it immediately.

我们马上派人去修的。

说明房内设施出故障的表达还有：
