China, Iran vow to implement comprehensive cooperation plan China, Iran vow to implement comprehensive cooperation plan China and Iran have launched the implementation of the comprehensive cooperation plan between the two countries. This comes as Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir Abdollahian in Wuxi on Friday. The two countries agreed on the plan for China-Iran comprehensive cooperation in March last year.
