Dialogue 1 A:Hello,Mr Chen,this is Samual calling from Hardi Hardware,i'm calling to check the status on our order which was made last April.Can you tell me where our shipment is now?how come we haven't received any communication from you guys about where the containers are?

B:Samual, yes, thank you for calling,i do remember your order,if you wait just a moment,i'll check on the status of the shipment on our computer records.Can you hold just second?

A:Sure,can you please be sured to check who was the last person from our office that contacted you about the shipment.

B:Yes,certainly,from our notes on your file ,we last spoke to Jennifer about three weeks ago,i see that according to our records,your shipment was posted by rail on the sxith May,it made it to our transport port in NINGBO port are May Nineteenth,it seems after that it was added to transfer oceans shipment to Seattle as that point.

A:Seattle, are you sure?

B:Yes,according to what i had hear,the container have arrived in Seattle a few weeks ago.

A:Well,that's just dandy,we made arrangement for our order to be shipped a lots Los Angeles,how we've made it to Seattle it's beyond me,you've got to find a way to track the order down and get it where it's supposed to be.

B:Yes,i have your records in front of me now,you're calling from Densty Industries,it looks like you have several painting shipments,which one specifically are you interested in ?

A:If possible, could you tell me what's going on with our most current order?like i said,it should be on around March,Fifteenth.

B:Oh,yes,the latest order on March Fifteenth is still in production fees,estimated date of completion is May Fifteenth,at completion, your shipment will be ready to go out .

A:So it hasn't even been shipped yet?

B:Yes,sir,that's right,as you are told the time you submitted your order ,production face can take up to three months,but don't worry,your order is scheduled to be began the shipping process next week.
