1.Hurricane Dolly has reached shore near South Padre Island in Texas. The storm has forced thousands of people into shelters on both sides of the Texas-Mexico border. That's the highest ever in the state for someone who wasn't dead. The 34-year-old was taken to a hospital for detox and was later arraigned.
