2. The kidnapping suspect who calls himself Clark Rockefeller is actually a German man who came to the US when he was young and later adopted several aliases. That's according to the FBI who pulled fingerprints off decades-old immigration papers.

3. An intern with a North Carolina prosecutor's office has been arrested and charged with stealing documents in the killing of a pregnant Marine. Robert Sharpe is accused of taking files, reports and documents that are part of the prosecution of Marine Corporal (Cpl.) Cesar Laurean. Laurean is accused of murdering 20-year-old Corporal (Cpl.) Maria Lauterbach.

4. And check out China's two new Olympic mascots: the giant panda twins were born on the second day of the Beijing Games. Officials say they hope the birth of the two males brings luck to China's Olympic athletes.
