3. Winter weather is leading to hundreds of flights being canceled in Chicago and delays at both O'Hare International and Midway airports. Dozens of Amtrak passengers are also reporting being stranded in Chicago for more than 12 hours awaiting a New York-bound train.

4. A couple of giant pandas are getting used to their new home. The two arrived in Taiwan today. They are a gift from China as the rivals try to better their relationship.
