1. Swine flu appears to have claimed another American life. Health officials in Washington State say the flu contributed to the death of a man in his thirties. But they also say the man had underlying health problems. More than 50 people have died from the flu out of more than 4,000 cases worldwide.

2. Officials have confirmed the body found in the north Georgia woods is that of a University of Georgia professor suspected of killing his wife and two others two weeks ago. Police say it appears George Zinkhan partially buried himself, but they are not saying how he died.

3. The Pope's celebrated an outdoor Mass in Jordan. About 20,000 people filled a sports stadium for the Pontiff's first open-air Mass of his Middle East pilgrimage. Benedict is urging Middle East Christians to persevere in their faith.

4. It may have taken two weeks, but a wounded British soldier has finally completed the London Marathon. Major Phil Packer lost use of his legs in a rocket attack in Iraq. But with the help of crutches, he was able to complete the 26.2-mile course by covering two miles a day.
