Unit Four Refund ( a custom comes to the shop with his broken shoes and demands a refund)
A: May I help you?
B: Yes. I’m afraid I bring you some trouble. My shoes have broken. Can I have a refund on them?
A: When did you buy it?
B: Last year.
A: All our shoes are guarantee for one year. It can be refunded if there is something wrong with it in a year. May I see your receipt?
B: Here you are.
A: Ok. You want to have a refund or you’d like to see the other shoes. We have the same style of shoes.
B: I’d like my money back.
A: All right. You can get your money if you go to the refund counter with the receipt.
B: Thank you for your help.
